**Your new role**

The purpose of this role is to ensure the effective roll-out and ongoing review and monitoring of the Health and Safety Management Framework as well as ensuring compliance to any other regulatory requirements.
- Develop and roll-out HSMF across the group and monitor HSMF compliance
- Drive Compliance to Chain of Responsibility
- Roll-out all H&S policies and procedures
- Develop initiatives to promote H&S improvement strategies
- Develop and implement Employee Wellbeing Programme
- Coach/train leaders and team members to conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments, conduct investigations, close out corrective actions
- Ensure robust Contractor Management systems are in place
- Support the implementation of WHS Online
- Ensure all hazards and incidents are reported and investigated
- Undertake training needs analysis and implement a training plan
- Ensure H&S Induction is completed for new team members, contractors and visitors
- Implement and monitor H&S document control requirements

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in Safety role in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Qualification in WHS (minimum Cert IV)
- Strong working knowledge of H&S State Legislation and regulations
- Working knowledge of AS4801 / ISO18001 H&S Management Systems
- Ability to engage and influence leaders and teams
- Independent thinker with the ability to clearly articulate complex safety systems, risks and opportunities
