We are now looking for a Retail Coordinator to join our team on a fixed term contract basis from November until February based at Tennis HQ.

As this is a seasonal contract, we request full availability and flexibility across the summer months.

About the role

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Execution of Visual Merchandising (VM) planograms
- Overseeing the installation of AO Express signage, in conjunction with third party supplier
- Overseeing the installation of AO Shop POS hardware, in conjunction with RPG IT dept
- Management and set up of workforce IT equipment
- Managing retail operations needs including buggy’s & key/swipes
- Maintaining VM according to planograms
- Executing scheduled VM changes and activations throughout the tournament
- Recording and documenting VM set up and displays
- Creating and maintain spaces that allow for efficient and safe handling of stock
- Maintaining an efficient flow of stock onto the shop floor to support in driving sales

About you

What you’ll bring to the role:

- Experience and understanding of major event / Grand Slam retail operations and visual merchandising
- Very competent computer skills with experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
- Experience in managing budgets and timelines to achieve quality outcomes
- Outstanding team management experience and the ability to engage quickly with people from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds
- You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
