**About the Role**

This is a newly created role that will see you reporting into the Operations Manager.

Within your new role you will be responsible for the strategic direction for the New Employer Division aligning with the company’s vision and culture, you will manage two Regional Manager's to drive the ongoing performance of their regions and set the standards of the division to meet our customers’ expectations including;
- Forecasting and strategic planning
- Leading strategic direction
- Structuring the NE Division in line with customer requirements
- Customer activities
- Recruitment and retention
- HR responsibilities

**About You**
- Proven success in managing and leading New Employer teams
- Ability to complete customer activities, business development and implementation
- Strategically leading large teams towards successful outcomes
- Positive “can do” attitude and team player
- Allied Health Degree with extensive experience in occ rehab
