**Executive Assistant** comes into the picture
Working as a direct support to the CEO Asia Pacific based in the Perth area, this role will have no real limits. Your days will be varied, interesting, fast-paced and at times high-pressure. You’ll welcome challenges and handle them with aplomb and a smile on your dial.
**The role requires the traditional EA skillset of**:
- Diary management for a CEO with an international remit and travel schedule and a large number of direct reports
- Management of the CEOs inbox and taking action as required as well as managing information flow
- Travel arrangements - both domestic and internationally
- Preparation of everything relevant to meetings; agendas, catering, minutes
- Support to the CEO for board meetings including preparation of board packs and presentations along with corporate documents for internal and external stakeholders
- High level professional discretion and confidentiality - you’ll hear everything but need to know what’s not for publication
- Arranging events and coordination of administrative details
- Literally everything and anything else that makes life easier for the executive you support (and you won’t be too precious to handle the basics like getting coffee if it’s needed)
**About You**
- Whilst the opportunity to make this role your own and work autonomously is guaranteed, you must be able to work under direction and follow instructions capably - whilst also challenging the status quo in a respectful and professional manner when required.
- A willingness and preparedness to travel with the Executive nationally
- Your proficiency with Microsoft Office goes without saying, along with general comfort with technology, using new programs, and being an early adopter of change.
- You’ll need a focus on continuous improvement, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a friendly and engaging demeanour, (but the ability to say no)
- you will have great rapport building skills that allow you to build strong foundational relationships and achieve great results to support the mission and vision of the company and the CEO.
