**The opportunity**

Our client is a community focused federal government agency. They have an exciting opportunity available for multiple Reporting Officers, to join the Corporate Planning & Reporting Team in assisting with facilitating the development of the Corporate Plan and associated annual Work plan, and monitoring the performance of Agency activities to achieving the goals within the corporate plan.

12-month initial Labour Hire contract with the opportunity to extend. APS 6 level role offering $58.50 hourly + Superannuation. To be based out of either Richmond or Geelong

This is a hybrid position offering 2 days working from home, with the remaining 3 on site. 37.5-hour work weeks, with 8-hour days expected.

**About the role**:
The Reporting Officer is an important team membership position within the Agency and will support the team to resolve issues and risks across wide-ranging activities of substantial depth involving significant detail. The position will exercise a considerable degree of independence to engage in complex problem solving and issues management within the various functions. The position will exercise sound decision-making and judgement to produce high level reporting and planning advice and operational support.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Contributing to Corporate Plan reporting processes for Board and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) reports and other reporting activities as required
- Coordinating input to produce relevant, timely and accurate reports and ensuring branch reporting activities adhere to Agency standards and frameworks
- Assisting in the development of the Agency annual work plan and Corporate Plan strategy
- Providing local reporting requirement advice and support to business areas
- Leading and/or supporting continuous improvement activities as they arise within the team
- Assist in maintaining the Agency work plan

- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Document Production Experience
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Previous background within Disability or Government highly advantageous
