- In the role of Senior Associate, you will join the Personal Banking Finance team that’s doubling down on keeping it simple and winning together.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Support the close and consolidation of monthly Personal Banking division results.
- Communicate insights in a digestible format that can be easily understood.
- Review historical financial and non-financial data and assist to illustrate relationships between data sets, using Power Pivot or Power BI where possible.
- Increase proficiency in data extraction, manipulation and presentation tools (excel, HFM, Thinkcell, powerpoint).
- Develop effective stakeholder skills to gather information that cannot be self-sourced and respond to finance stakeholder queries.
- Continuously improve above processes for robustness and resiliency but also to tilt away from processing/reporting to analysis and insight.

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Effective utilisation of tools to extract, manipulate and analyse data, including HFM, Excel, Thinkcell, Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as resilience with stakeholder management.
- Experience with analysis and problem solving.
- Professional experience in finance/accounting, financial services, corporate reporting, risk reporting or data analytics.
- Tertiary qualified (Commerce/Business/Economics or related), ideally working towards CA/CPA.
