Our client is an established National healthcare business who are currently seeking a self-motivated and proactive team player to join their head office located in North Sydney. In this varied and interesting role, you will provide support for the day-to-day operations of the office.

Your duties will include:

- Answering phones
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Organising catering
- Ordering office supplies
- Assisting with events coordination
- Ordering gifts
- Keeping office tidy
- Mail management
- Printing & scanning
- Providing admin support to team
- General ad-hoc office tasks

Full training will be provided in the specifics of the role and systems and the ability to liaise with people at all levels is required. Competent computer skills using MS Office is essential along with excellent communication skills both written & verbal.

This is a full-time permanent position Mondays to Fridays office based with the salary up to $55,000 + Superannuation dependent on experience.
