**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- Excellent writing skills, proven experience with adopting tone of speaker and interpreting needs of varied audiences.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to quickly build relationships with all stakeholders up to executive level
- Ability to plan, manage multi deadlines and decisions under pressure
- A minimum of 5 years internal/external comms and events in a corporate/professional services industry. Experience in a compliance based or regulated industry like financial services is highly regarded
- A continuous improvement mindset with fresh thinking and new ideas, to keep taking ING Internal Communications and events to the next level - as well as your own career
