The Opportunity

As the Internal Communications Co-ordinator, you will support the Internal Communications Manager and partner with the People and Culture team, to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of internal communications and employee engagement initiatives. This is an exciting role offering lots of variety, including working on corporate events, internal news stories, video announcements, webinars, presentations, and intranet content and design. You will make an impact across:
Internal Communications
- Support the Internal Communications Manager with delivering internal communications campaigns
- Generate and distribute announcements and invites to organisation wide initiatives.
- Draft clear, concise, and engaging internal news stories.
- Organise video content and editing.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive effective project delivery.

Intranet
- Oversee the creation, organisation, and maintenance of the Dexus Intranet and content, including the creation of new site pages

Events Co-ordination
- Support the organisation and logistics of internal events

Design
- Create content for digital screens
- Develop presentations and visual collateral

Analytics
- Collate analytics for webinars, intranet sites and internal communications campaigns

Administration
- Independently handle administrative tasks.

About You

You are a passionate and driven Internal Communications Coordinator, with strong attention to detail, execution and follow through. Tech savvy, you have an innate ability to share stories by producing high quality, creative and engaging content. You will bring:

- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience within an internal communications or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including editing and proofreading.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong understanding and experience in supporting the delivery of multi-tiered communications projects or campaigns.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
- Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms (e.g. Campaign Monitor, Indesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Zoom, Viva Engage).
