**About the Organisation**
The Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA) is a membership-based think tank organisation. CEDA aims to influence economic, social, and environmental policy to achieve sustainable long-term prosperity for all Australians.

**About the Role**
As the Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing CEDA’s events calendar. Working alongside the Senior event Programmers, you will ensure the end-to-end delivery of face-to-face and virtual events across Australia. You will be managing relationships with a range of key stakeholders to deliver a successful event. You will be involved in the marketing of events and other administrative duties as required.

**About You**
You will have a high level of professionalism, exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. You will be self-motivated, able to take initiative, have high attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills and can manage multiple competing priorities.

You will be a collaborative team player, eager to learn and have a passion for events with previous experience coordinating and organising events.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- End-to-end coordination and execution of all in-person and online events.
- Liaise and coordinate various stakeholders including suppliers, sponsors, venues, presenters, vendors etc.
- Respond to and process guest event registrations and enquiries.
- Promote events on social media, website and EDM channels.
- Financial management and budgeting of events.
- On-site delivery, post-event follow-up, event reporting and analysis.
- Administration and ad hoc duties as required.

- Excellent organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A can-do attitude, high level of initiative and team player
