Now, we’re looking for Experienced Event Rigger/Climbers to join our growing event construction team.

**About the Role**

As an Experienced Event Rigger/Climber, you’ll be working both at height and on the ground to install and dismantle complex rigging systems for live events and installations.

You already know the drill:

- Building and flying truss systems
- Installing chain motors, lighting grids, and speaker arrays
- Working closely with production and touring teams to meet creative and safety specs
- Solving problems under pressure with precision and confidence
- Ensuring every lift is done safely, efficiently, and to Australian standards

**Key Responsibilities**
- Setup and teardown of event rigging structures
- Work safely at height using proper fall protection systems
- Read and interpret rigging plots and load specifications
- Coordinate with venue, site, and production departments
- Maintain rigging gear, report faults, and follow safety protocols at all times

**Requirements (Must Have)**
- White Card
- High Risk Work Licence - RB, RI, or RA
- Working at Heights (within 2 years) or VOC (within 2 years)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Event Rigger/Climber
- Your own gear for every shift:

- Harness
- Climbing hard hat with chin strap
- Fall arrest and positioning lanyards
- Pulley and hauling rope

**Highly Regarded**
- IRATA Level 1, 2, or 3 (Rope Access)
- EWP or Scissor Lift ticket
- Leadership or Crew Supervision experience
