**Customer Support Specialist — Superannuation (Fintech)**:
Love solving problems and building trust with customers?
Join a small, high-performing team with a fintech in Sydney. You'll be the first point of contact for our **superannuation members**, with exposure to **managed investments** and **US Investing**.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Handling **super** queries: contributions, rollovers, insurance, account changes & compliance
- Supporting customers across **Super & US Investing** products
- Managing feedback & complaints with care, closing the loop on issues
- Logging insights and partnering with Product, Risk & Compliance to improve the experience
- Meeting quality, accuracy and response-time **KPIs**

**What we're looking for**:

- **2+ years** in **superannuation customer support** or super fund operations
- **2-3 years total** in B2C support/customer success (or similar)
- CRM & live chat proficiency; strong written & verbal communication
- Solid understanding of **super regulations** & member processes
- Nice to have**:RG146**, life insurance & investments exposure
- Empathy, initiative, attention to detail and strong compliance awareness
- **Full Australian work rights
