Some of your responsibilities will include: - Maintaining relationships with existing Conference & Events clients and agents. - Source and build new relationships with Leisure agents and clients through strategic networking. - Manage and create lead generation strategies. - Work with GM’s and Marketing to identify, source and secure package opportunities. - Conduct site inspection, famils and site reconciliations in line with our brand guidelines. - Represent Ovolo at all relevant trade shows and networking events. - Source & build a database and pipeline of Group revenue opportunities, clients and agents. - Act in a Sales Leadership role to Ovolo GM and drive sales related queries throughout the team. Do you do whatever it takes? That is the attitude we are calling for - Good at Chess? You have multiple event spaces to play with endless possibilities. - No such thing as pressure? Cool as a cucumber. - A stickler for attention to detail, the little things count - An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing. - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook whiz.
