**About our Opportunity**

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our a customer service culture that represents our company brand with pride. This role and the team you're apart of is the last touch point for our customers therefore your primary goal is to ensure customer needs are not only met but exceeded while maintaining operational efficiency.

This is a varied high volume role, typically your day will involve:

- processing orders into our CRM system SAP and schedule in orders
- contacting customers to confirm scheduled installations
- invoicing
- ordering any required parts for technicians to complete scheduled works
- providing after sales support and managing warranty claims

**About you**

We’re looking to leverage your customer service and high volume administrative experience, along with a keenness to learn and work as part of a collaborative team. You will be a committed team player who contributes to a positive work environment, who is pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service and who appreciates the importance of getting the details right when processing administration.

You will have:

- windows or building/construction experience, advantageous
- exposure to SAP, advantageous
- excellent interpersonal & communication skills, a strong work ethic
- ability to multitask & manage time effectively

**Work Schedule**

We do have two positions vacant due to career progression opportunities within the business, one position starts 7:30am - 3:30pm and second position is 8:30am to 4:30pm, this ensures our core business hours are covered. Once you have completed training and are confident in the role their is a potential to have the option of working from home up to two days per week.
