Site Supervisor

Great Permanent fulltime opportunity for experienced Supervisor
- Play an integral role in assisting with SE Qld flood repairs

**About the Role**

The Major Loss & Specialty Supervisor is multi-site based position working alongside the construction manager, estimators, project managers, project coordinators, contractors/suppliers and key stake holders, in the preparation of project schedules, repair methodology, compliance requirements, budgets and overall delivery and site management of the allocated projects, to ensure the safe, quality, timely and cost effective delivery of projects to our clients.

These positions will be initially focused on flood repair projects as a result to the current SE QLD floods, however can provide long term employment opportunities with our Queensland team for the right supervisor professionals.

**Key activities (include but are not limited to the following)**:

- Active input into repair methodology
- Organisation, scheduling, and budgeting of allocated projects working with estimators, project coordinators, project managers, contractors/suppliers and other key stake holders to ensure:

- quality assurance
- adherence to WH&S
- delivery timely works completion outcomes
- ongoing forecasting of project completion dates
- managing budgets resulting in the delivery of quality outcomes for clients.
- promoting a safe and WHS compliant workplace
- Strong focus on client service level requirements and delivery time frames
- Liaising with all stakeholders ensuring efficient communication and regular updates

**Qualifications**:

- Drivers License and Construction Induction Card
- Certificate IV in Construction or Trade Apprenticeship (highly desirable)
- Supervisors License
- QBCC Supervisor licence essential

**Key Professional Skills**:

- Experience in domestic and commercial project management
- Understanding of relevant Building codes and Australian standards and State legislation
- Experience working directly with clients, building consultants, trades and suppliers
- Thorough understanding of the construction process, critical inspection points, permits and WHS requirements.
- Estimation skills would be advantageous
