Cooling Tower Technician

We are currently seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Cooling Tower Service Technician to join our growing field service team. You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and upgrading a wide range of cooling tower systems while delivering top-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and inspections of cooling tower systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical components including fans, pumps, motors and pipework
• Conduct condition reports and identify potential issues or compliance risks
• Replace or upgrade fill media, drift eliminators, water distribution systems, and other components
• Complete service documentation, risk assessments, and job safety analysis (JSA)
• Liaise professionally with clients on-site and report back to the service coordinator

What We're Looking For:

• Trade qualified maintenance fitter, HVAC, or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience working with cooling towers or water treatment systems (highly regarded)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Confined Space Entry certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Working at Heights certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Australian driver's licence (manual preferred)
• Strong commitment to safe work practices and procedures
