**THE ROLE**
Harness your Customer Service and Retail experience within the corporate world We have an extensive training program and dedicated Leaders and Specialists to coach, mentor and support you with your professional and personal development, ensuring you are set up for success.
In this high volume position you will support our team by managing the end stage of our workers compensation claims, you will be liaising with a number of internal and external stakeholders to support the business in sustainable closures of our claims.
This will be a **Permanent Position**, with excellent career development opportunities, based in our **Parramatta Office.**
**What are we looking for?**
- Demonstrated experience in customer service/retail/hospitality with a passion for helping people
- An empathetic, resilient, and motivational approach to provide customer centric support
- A driven professional with highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to multitask multiple priorities at once, you’ll be a highly organized champion
- Experience using technology such as the Microsoft Office suite, bonus points if you’re familiar with Excel
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management
**What will you do?**
- Proactively manage the end stage claims process to improve recovery and return to work outcomes for workers who have experienced a workplace injury or illness over the phone
- Assist an injured person and employer with the workers compensation end stage claim process and provide support in the completion of relevant documents
- Make contact in a timely manner with the injured person or internal and external stakeholders to ensure their queries are managed effectively and accurately
- Provide ongoing support to stakeholders on matters such as injured workers, employers, and providers
