**About the role**

We are seeking driven and experienced Fast-Food Managers to join our team at Le Wrap Parramatta and Merrylands. As the Fast Food Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth. This is a full-time position.

**What you'll be doing**
- Manage and lead a team of customer service and kitchen staff to deliver a seamless experience
- Oversee inventory management, food preparation, and quality control to maintain high standards
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations
- Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and employee development
- Analyse key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimise operations
- Communicate with the broader management team to contribute to the overall business strategy

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-food or restaurant management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to positively motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills - portray welcoming, positive energy
- Proficient in inventory management, food safety, and quality control procedures
- Proven track record of driving sales and implementing successful marketing initiatives
- Familiarity with financial reporting and performance analysis
- Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must be able to work weekends.

Pay: $51,803.28 - $81,714.77 per year
