The **Organisation and Method Analyst** supports the work centre in achieving improved efficiency, resolving organisational issues, and analysing the business structures, methods, systems, and procedures. They are responsible for helping and encouraging the design of goals, strategies, and plans to attain customer satisfaction and optimise the company's resources. In addition, this role will require the development and management of forecasts, staffing requirements, and agent work schedules, as well as the creation and maintenance of reports, ad-hoc reporting, and other special requests as they occur.

- **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**_
- Performs day-to-day real-time management duties as it pertains to work centre performance.
- Studies data and observes methods and procedures in action to determine existing workflow.
- Discussing business and organisational shortcomings with clients.
- Analysing and evaluating current systems and structures.
- Conduct organisational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, and work simplification and measurement studies.
- Discussing current systems with staff and observing systems at all levels of the organisation.
- Analyses material or equipment handling methods; suggests improvements to efficiency and effectiveness; measures and studies plant or equipment layouts and operations.
- Prepare manuals and instruct workers in the use of new forms or procedures.
- Assists in implementing recommendations by preparing or revising instructions, policies and manuals or instructing staff in new work methods.
- Directing clients towards a more efficient organisation and developing solutions to organisational problems.
- Undertaking and reviewing work studies by analysing existing and proposed methods and procedures, such as administrative and clerical procedures.
- Recording and analysing the organisation’s workflow charts, records, reports, manuals and job descriptions.
- Preparing and recommending proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter workflows, redefine job functions and resolve organisational problems.
- Assisting in implementing approved recommendations, issuing revised instructions and procedure manuals, and drafting other documentation.
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports with MS Excel, in-house software and hub.
- Reviewing operating procedures and advising of departures from policies and standards.
- Perform ad hoc reports and analysis as required to support business needs.
- **QUALIFICATIONS**_
- Experience in organisation and method analysis, capacity planning, business analytics, customer support operations, and real-time analytics.
- Experience building executive reporting using various data visualisation tools.
- Knowledge in work methods, studies and analyses of procedures, practices and terminologies related to the assigned work.
- Knowledge of time and cost networks, i.e., PERT.
- Knowledge of departmental policies and operations affecting the work assigned.
- Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions of an advanced nature.
- Ability to express ideas and concepts effectively, orally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships as necessitated by work assignments.
- Ability to prepare and present technical briefs and reports.
- Advanced skills level in computer and MS Office.
- _Language proficiency in Spanish is preferred._

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mascot, NSW 2020: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
