- As a Lounge Performance Coordinator, you will be providing quality support to all Qantas Lounges globally for all commercial and operational matters to ensure the successful operation of Lounges by managing, processing and analysing all lounge spend with an understanding of the commercial agreements that underly them to ensure achievement of commercial value.

This role will see the individual as a trusted analytical and administrative support who manages end to end aspects of lounge requirements and has a keen eye for process improvement and problem solving. These requirements include billing and invoicing, spend analytics, lounge spend behaviours or patterns, identify and resolve discrepancies, supplier queries, providing insight data to wider Commercial team to assist in assuring the commercial success of lounges.
- The role will also support the lounge operation and implementation of significant change processes and establish strong working relationships in a complex, dynamic operational environment. A key element of the operational support includes liaising with stakeholders, cascading information to frontline teams via various communication channels and training.
- You’ll have:
- 2-3+ years’ experience in a corporate environment.-
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.-
- Experience with Microsoft systems such as Excel.-
- Highly innovative with the ability to creatively problem solve.-
- Analytical mindset.-
- Strong attention to detail.-
