Come and join our NSW Corporate team as our State Performance Coordinator in this newly created role.
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the NSW Performance Department. In this role, you will play an integral role in the creation, development and management of state performance strategies while working directly with state performance BDE’s and auctioneers.

**Objectives of this Role**
- Act as first point of contact for network & corporate enquiries regarding performance dept.
- A primary responsibility of supporting the State Head of Performance to facilitate and coordinate performance initiatives and goals.
- A secondary responsibility of providing state admin support as guided by State Chief of Staff
- Manage communication between Head of Performance and internal stakeholders, Performance BDE’s & NSW Corporate team as well as liaising with Network Business Owners and members on various projects and tasks
- Maintain and refine internal processes that support to the highest-ranking executives company-wide, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives’ priorities are met, organisational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

- Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Have exceptional administration skills, a highly developed communication style and very strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office products plus Google Suite
- Strong initiative and ability to self manage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast paced environment
- Strong desire to improve and refine processes
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Enjoy working in a fast paced dynamic team
