About the Role
The Customer Implementation Partner will manage the end to end customer’s Implementation and transition to trade with Team Global Express (TGE). You will establish optimal operational readiness through timely and effective consultation and utilisation of project management principles. Deliver an outstanding customer experience during implementation to ensure long-term customer retention. You will be coordinating and managing internal and external stakeholder groups effectively to meet customer expectations and contractual obligations. You will also ensure that any implementation delays are managed effectively with a resolution by either directly addressing them or bringing them to the attention of the appropriate stakeholder.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of new customers to ensure that they are Operationally ready, set up for success to trade effectively.
- Develop, plan, and oversee an end-to-end implementation project plan for opportunities involving one or more BUs as well as additional contact points such as IT, operations, customer service, and more during the implementation phase.
- Internal and external visibility of the project's status.
- To adhere to timelines and contractual requirements, communicate with customers and manage expectations and project deliverables during the implementation phase.
- Monitor the progress of the implementation. Identify and support the elimination of implementation risk factors and barriers by promptly escalating problems and potential delays for active resolution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for TGE SME's and the relevant client staff during the whole implementation process.
- Uphold good stakeholder management throughout all implementation touch points and possess the capacity to forge trust-worthy and solid business connections both internally and externally.
- Ascertain that the necessary personnel are on hand and adequately trained to carry out the requirements of the finalised and executed customer contract or service agreement.
- Have a thorough understanding of the TGE product and service offerings, including IT capability, functionality to clients, and how these relate to their current business processes.
- Maintain a close eye on the Implementation pipeline and give the Onboarding stakeholder group weekly status updates.
- For successful implementation, it may be necessary to travel interstate and or customer sites to meet with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide expert and timely training advice to internal and external stakeholders
About You

- Working knowledge of the transportation/logistics industry or a sector that prioritises customer care.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodology.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft programme suite (Project, Excel, Word).
- Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple project components concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems.
- Ability to collaborate, lead, influence, challenge, forge relationships and outcomes at all levels.
- Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, numerical, and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional ability to collaborate cooperatively and contribute as a member of a larger team.
- Aptitude for understanding sound business principles, commercial and risk awareness.
