**Your Skills**
- A genuine passion for helping people through all stages of their End-of-Life journey, with demonstrated experience in customer success/support/service or similar role
- Growth mindset with a love for converting customers and offering exceptional service
- Great organisational skills and the ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments
- Work independently and execute effective project and time management
- Be comfortable having down to earth, accessible, and authentic conversations with high legal and compliance requirements
