Each year we help tens of thousands of Australians to think about their end of life plans, and are empowering people to navigate some of the most difficult - and meaningful - moments of their life.

Having completed our Series A capital raise led by Westpac’s Reinventure Fund, Carthona Capital and Flying Fox Ventures, we’re building a digital ecosystem that makes end of life planning more affordable, more personalised, and more relevant for modern Australians.

- Responding quickly and authentically to customer queries

**Your Skills**
- A genuine passion for helping people through all stages of their End-of-Life journey, with demonstrated experience in customer success/support/service or similar role
- Growth mindset with a love for converting customers and offering exceptional service
- Great organisational skills and the ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments
- Work independently and execute effective project and time management
- Be comfortable having down to earth, accessible, and authentic conversations with high legal and compliance requirements

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
