Position: Experienced Barista Hours: 30-35 hours per week, 4-5 days per week

Experience: Minimum 2 years as a barista

We offer a dynamic and fast paced work environment, a supportive and friendly team, a great selection of premium coffee beans as well as a chance to delight customers and be the highlight of their day As well as delicious pastries

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a barista in a high-volume cafe setting
- Proficiency in various coffee brewing techniques
- Basic latte art skills that can bring a smile to every customer's face
- Ability to handle busy periods with grace and efficiency
- Outstanding customer service skills - a friendly, approachable demeanour is a must
- A keen eye for detail to maintain our cafe's high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- RSA.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and tea
- Create latte art to enhance the coffee experience for our guests
- Keep the coffee station clean, stocked, and ready for action during peak hours
- Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude, even during the busiest moments
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and seamless cafe operation
- Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back for more.
