**Customer Service Officer**

The role, office based in Seven Hills, will work as part of a driven team that will partner with various Business Development Managers as well as working directly with various clients.

**About the role**:

- Supporting BDM’s with client requirements and assisting with outcomes
- Order Entry
- Product & Pricing Enquiries
- Quotations
- Product tracking
- Liaise between varying stakeholders to ensure timely solutions for customers
- Administration and data entry

**About you**:

- Proven customer service experience in a call centre/office environment
- Willingness to problem-solve and educate clients on solutions
- Ability to logically upsell and advise customers on relevant complementary products and solutions
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player
- Strong communication
- Prior experience in the Electrical or complimentary industry is highly regarded.
