**YOUR NEW ROLE**:
Are you looking for a varied role but without doing the tasks of three people?

What we like about this role is that it has a wide range of tasks but not everything is crazy urgent, there is a good routine for the week-to-week tasks and the projects slot into the spare time.

You like being the glue, the person who is trusted by everyone, you keep all the admin ticking along, the accounts are processed, the payroll is ready, invoices are sent out on time and the office just runs smoothly.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- **Xero** Accounting Software experience
- **Accounts** - Invoice processing, Accounts Payable, Payroll (small), BAS, Reconciliations, Reporting
- **Office Management** - keeping the day-to-day office supported
- **Business Acumen** - you are business savvy and think ahead.
- **Project Costing**:

- you have some skills with managing project costs, and keeping track of actuals vs budget.
- **Director Support** - diary management, assisting with projects etc

This role will suit a team focussed, independent, results driven person who is content with working under mínimal supervision and enjoys jumping in with the team to help out with deadlines and day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure a collaborative work environment.
