The Sydney Theatre Bar is expanding, and Fresh Collective have exciting opportunities to work across the hospitality offerings at the newly refurbished stunning heritage harbour venues.

The primary focus of the role will be to take ownership for the successful running of the theatre bar. The bar services several theatres at the pier that are occupied by Australian Chamber Orchestra, The Australian Theatre for Young People and the Bell Shakespeare Company. The Supervisor will support The Theatre Bar team at Sydney Theatre Company at Wharf 4/5. The venue boasts some of the best harbour views in Sydney, it provides high quality food and beverage offering to theatre guests and the local community.

**About the Role**
- Bar experience
- Continuously deliver informative, professional service
- Multitask and cover all aspects of operation including coffee, bar, and floor service
- Take orders and enter in POS
- Responsible for opening the venue
- Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service, staff presentation and grooming
- Lead by example and mentor and guide new colleagues

**About You**
- Min 2+ years as bar experience/supervisor - hospitality allrounder
- Proven ability to train and mentor other staff
- Exceptional knowledge and passion in making all types of espresso coffee including Latte Art
- Event experience an advantage
- Experienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Must hold valid RSA
- Passion for theatre
- Working rights in Australia
