The Fresh Collective are looking for dedicated Kitchen Stewards to support the kitchen brigade at one of our venues - The Theatre Bar at the End of the Wharf which is part of Sydney Theatre Company - 15 Hickson Road, Walsh Bay. The venue is a 15 minute walk from Circular Quay or Wynyard train stations.

We are offering 30 hours (minimum) and up to 30 hours (maximum) per week with a mix of day and evening shifts, Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.

The Role - Kitchen Steward

The Kitchen Steward is responsible to perform basic kitchen duties as requested by the Head Chef, including:

- General washing up
- Basic food preparation
- Cleaning of kitchen equipment
- Cleaning of kitchen surrounds
- Deep cleaning

About You
- Available to work shift hours: Day; 11am - 4pm / Evening; 5pm - 11pm.
- Prior experience of 2 years in a similar role, with knowledge of food hygiene
- A responsible person who shows initiative
- An eye for detail
- Hard working, physically fit and reliable - able to lift 10-15kgs comfortably
- Good communication skills
- In possession of a valid working visa, with availability to meet the required shifts. (Student visa's accepted)

Pay Rates per hour
- Mon - Fri; $27.15 / Sat; $32.58 / Sun; $38.01 / Public Holidays; $54.30
