**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Customer Service Excellence**: Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- ** Food and Beverage Service**: Take orders, serve food and beverages, and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and management to ensure seamless service.
- ** Event Support**: Assist in the coordination and execution of special events, including theatre nights, private parties, and themed evenings.
- ** Cleanliness and Presentation**: Maintain a clean and inviting environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in café, restaurant or bar environments, with proficiency in table service, bar or cocktail service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A passion for theatre and the arts is a plus
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
