**Your role**:
**Responsibilities include (but not limnited to)**:

- Liaise and build rapport with key clients both internal and external to the department, inclusive of government officials, staff of schools and overseas representatives.
- Form meaningful and purposeful relationships with school staff and provide program improvement recommendations to principals of Queensland State Schools.
- Strategy, policy and procedure development of International Student Program, including compliance, accreditation, training, monitoring and governance activities.
- Design guidelines and resources required to ensure successful outcomes and compliance with all legislative requirements set by the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) and to support the Education General Provisions Act (2006).
- Prepare reports and produce statistics using databases, managing the accuracy of data and verifying data and produce monthly reports.
- Undertake and manage project implementation plans comprising work breakdown structures including estimates of resources needed, time required and completion dates.
- Contribute to the management of communications, agreements and performance monitoring of all strategic alliances with schools, agency networks, relevant. organisations and other education sectors domestically and internationally to ensure the appropriate growth and development of programs for DE International.
- Review and design strategies to schools including training, communication, performance, Annual implementation planning and policy reviews.

- Flexibility to work across a number of priorities.
- High level writing and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills.
- Great at stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
- Innovative and collaborative.
