Heath Williams is a leader in architectural, luxury and lifestyle properties and he is on the hunt for an experienced sales associate to join his high performing team.
Heath and his team are known for providing exceptional service to their clients, therefor you need to be client focused and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.
Your role will play a crucial part in the overall performance of this highly successful and well-established team. On a daily basis this role will contribute to prospecting for new business opportunities to further grow listings & gain new & future clients on behalf of the agent.
You will get the opportunity to grow within a high performing team that will enable you to succeed in the industry.

**A day in the life**:

- Buyer management / enquiries ensuring a positive experience;
- Conducting open homes and private inspections;
- Attending photoshoots, staging appointments, building and pest, valuations and pre-settlement inspections;
- Prospecting and prospecting administration (inclusive of letterbox dropping);
- Coordinating client bookings and meetings;
- Database management; and
- General administration where required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 12 months industry experience
- Desire to focus and support a high-end property market in Brisbane
- Have a current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Current QLD Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills & attention to detail
