**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As the Duty Manager, you are responsible for attending to a variety of venue functions including opening / closing duties, training and development, through to overseeing the smooth flow of food & beverage operations. With a natural aptitude for service delivery, you'll lead a dynamic team to deliver Public’s personalised signature service for each of our guests and to the local community - CARE is at the forefront in everything we do.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum of 2 years management experience working in Pubs with knowledge of Gaming operations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, you enjoy multi-tasking
- Punctual, reliable, trustworthy, self-driven and a quick problem solver
- Customer service is in your DNA, you love the locals and easily connect with a variety of people    
- Available to work across a rotating roster including weekends and occasional late-night closes.
- Full unrestricted Australian work rights
- You have a current RSA and RCG

Pay: $73,359.00 - $75,000.00 per year
