**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our facility. This role is essential to creating a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for our members and staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vacuuming**: Thoroughly vacuum all carpeted and soft-floor areas, including stretching zones, climbing mats (surface vacuum), and common spaces.
- **Mopping**: Sweep and mop all hard floor areas, ensuring surfaces are free from dust, chalk, and debris.
- **Equipment Cleaning**: Wipe down and sanitise all gym equipment, including holds, weights, benches, and training areas, to maintain hygiene standards.
- **Bathrooms & Change Rooms**: Clean and sanitise toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors, and tiled areas. Restock consumables such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- **Sanitising & Disinfecting**: Regularly sanitise high-touch surfaces (e.g., door handles, counters, lockers, railings).
- **Bins & Rubbish Removal**: Empty all bins throughout the facility, replace liners, and ensure rubbish is disposed of appropriately.
- **General Cleaning Duties**: Dusting, wiping surfaces, glass cleaning, and ensuring all areas of the gym remain tidy and presentable.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Follow safe handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment. Report any hazards, damages, or maintenance needs.

**Requirements**:

- Previous cleaning experience preferred (gym, hospitality, or commercial environment ideal).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Availability outside peak gym hours (early mornings, late evenings, or as required).
- Physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and using cleaning equipment.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.95 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
