
Workforce Planner and Analysis Manager

The RoleThe Workforce Planner and Analysis Manager needs to ensure that immediate and future operational resourcing and scheduling requirements are achieved with a team that works across multiple shift types and working arrangements within a highly dynamic workforce, in alignment to defined service delivery targets and key performance Indicators.
The role, and the team's primary focus is providing appropriate team resourcing via the delivery of timely, effective, and efficient ICT support services for all Queensland Health Staff.
Are you right for this role?To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Demonstrated successful experience in workforce management (WFM) practices in a large, high demand Service Centre with the ability to meet defined SLAs/KPIs, utilizing best practice Workforce Management tools and processes.
- Demonstrated ability or the ability to quickly learn QH Awards, policies, and Human Resource practices to provide accurate and current advice and recommendations, including informing budget and labor review and decisions.
- Well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate, advise, influence, and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholder to develop relationships at multiple levels in a large multi-disciplinary organisation.
- Demonstrated high level organisational skills including the ability to establish own work priorities and manage time effectively, whilst remaining flexible to respond to changing needs in a busy and delegate work to meet agreed service levels in a highly focused customer service environment.
- Proven ability to work as a team member to create and maintain team culture and strong working relationships that balances the delivery of 1st level customer support services that align to SLAs/KPIs while maintaining a healthy, skilled workforce in a dynamic, complex, and changing environment.
- Highly developed problem-solving skills in the areas of performance, demand and resource analysis, process analysis, and implementing solutions to identified problems and continuous improvement opportunities that resolve customer, team, or organisational problems.
