**_ About Them:_**

ACRWORLD are excited to be working exclusively with a leading construction company who have been operating for over two decades. Specialising across large civil construction projects, this business is looking for a superstar Workforce Planner/ Project Plant Administrator for Head Office in Brisbane.

**_Workforce Planning_**
- Work with the Operations Superintendent, Project Managers and Foreman to ensure each project site is adequately resourced for all skill sets required to maintain expected production schedules.
- Plan the rostering and ongoing real time management of all resources across all active projects, labor schedules are to be planned at least two weeks in advance with the current roster distributed to relevant parties by COB on Tuesdays to allow for timely planning of personnel movements and site onboarding requirements.
- Identify and manage labour gaps created by planned employee leave or sickness on a daily basis, incorporating strategic initiatives in planning and resourcing for supporting ongoing operational efficiencies and improvements.
- On a daily basis maintain an up-to-date planning board for the current appointment of all foreman and field employees
- Inform and monitor attendance and scheduling of training both formal and informal for all site employees to ensure required service levels are maintained consistently, whilst enabling an environment of continuous improvement, including emergency staffing and leave coverage.
- Initiate and drive continuous improvement of rostering process through data analysis
- Review and manage all site employees contact across all channels to identify gaps and highlight operational impact and solutions to resolve.
- Provide ongoing advice and support on all workforce planning issues to project managers, foreman and relevant parties.
- Ensure all travel requirements are communicated clearly to travel bookers and ensure required employee travel is arranged and booked in a timely manner (this will include any vehicles required at site)

**_Project Administration_**
- Implement site staff inductions, provision of qualifications/ tickets and updating employee qualifications summary for client requirements
- Arranging site specific medicals and training if required and filing in BOX and on clients onboarding platforms
- Assist project managers with setting up of Project Folders (manual and in BOX)
- Set up new projects including filing relevant paperwork with client onboarding platforms etc.
- Document updating and control along with archiving of paperwork for finished projects
- Assist site employees with general requests for documentation / stationery
- Ensure Project managers / Foremen have all paperwork with regards SWMS etc. for all processes
- Ensure Project managers and Foremen have correct paperwork for all consumables and hazardous materials on site should they be required

**_Plant Administration_**
- Provide Administrative support to the Plant Managers from project start-up to close out
- Entering data regarding plant and equipment into relevant portals
- Assist national projects in preparation and submission of Safety Documentation in relation to plant (Plant Risk Assessments, Plant SWMS, High Risk Activities, Rigging Plans, Internal Operator Training Plans, Operator VOC’s, etc..)
- Obtaining and entering the hourly usage of equipment each week for all projects
- Preparing the monthly equipment usage upload for project management system for Finance Manager
- Maintaining all equipment documents (service dockets etc.)
- Assist with obtaining supplier quotations for equipment purchases, repairs and transport etc.
- Arrange quotes / permits and coordinate to ensure value for money with national heavy transport of plant
- In consultation with company Safety Manager; Creation, review, consultation and amendment of OHS documentation in relation to new and existing plant items (ie Plant Risk Assessments, Plant SWMS, High Risk Activities, Rigging Plans, development of Internal Operator Training Plans, etc )

**_Accounts /Administration_**
- Provide cover for travel booking as & when required

**_You’ll Need _**
- Good experience and knowledge in
- commercial and administrative procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Work both within a team and High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within a similar role.
