Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gold Coast, QLD. The position involves supporting litigation processes, conducting legal research, preparing case documentation, and liaising with clients and courts. Day-to-day tasks include drafting legal correspondence, managing case files, and working closely with the legal team to develop strategies and ensure deadlines are met. The role also includes providing administrative support and contributing to the seamless operation of the firm.

Qualifications

  • Experience in legal research, drafting documents, and preparing case files
  • Strong communication, client management, and collaboration skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in office software and legal practice management systems
  • Qualifications in Law (LLB or equivalent) are highly desirable
  • Previous experience in litigation or dispute resolution is a plus
