A rare temporary opportunity to join an established accounting firm as their part time receptionist.

**Your new company**
This reputable firm on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their team on a part time basis. This firm has a culture of making the working day enjoyable in a supportive and dynamic environment.

**Your new role**
As the Receptionist you will be responsible for:

- First point of contact over the phone and meeting and greeting clients
- Managing meeting rooms
- Upkeep of general common areas
- Processing mail, shared inboxes and couriers
- Electronic scanning and filing
- Database management
- General administration support to assist the wider team

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful you will have:

- Previous experience as a Receptionist within a corporate environment (accounting firm experience is desirable)
- Immaculate presentation
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- Intermediate MS Office Skills - Word, Excel, Outlook
- A positive attitude and the ability to work in an team or autonomously
