**Your next chapter**:

- End-to-end recruitment and strategic sourcing of Veterinary Nurse and Practice Managers via a range of sourcing methods and tools
- Working collaboratively with the Operations team and clinics, understanding current and future recruitment needs and challenges
- Assisting with global recruitment campaigns, attending conferences and occasional industry events.
- Work with the business to help drive engagement and retention.

A minimum of 3 - 5 years of recruitment experience is ideal.

We are open to people who are interested in changing industry however, if you have experience working in the medical industry or have a technical recruitment background that will be favourable.

You will understand the pressures and demands of a talent short market and understand how to strategically source talent, demonstrating initiative and creative thinking.
