In this role, you are responsible to provide the District Admin & Perth office management duties.

**What You will do**:

- Renew fixed Billing with price increase as required
- Submit Billing Arrangement amendments, price increase/decrease, cancellations, extend end dates
- Add products and change pricing to Customer Pricing as per Account Manager request
- Upload invoices into Customer portals, raise credits and/or rebills as required
- Setup of new customers including change of name, ownership and customers in receivership
- Work with Customer Service in checking customer master data is correct for order placement and each site is setup correctly
- Support office administration requirements as well as phone reception support
- Track incoming customer Orders
- File customer Label & Packing Slips for Supply Chain team
- Liaise with Customers over any incorrect details on Purchase Orders & Maintaining Customer Pricing
- Monitoring Current Orders to ensure they're being actioned appropriately on time
- Liaising with Supply Chain for incoming IBC's into the respective facilities
- Providing customers with updates on orders, monitoring and actioning and aged
- Seeking POD's from internal and external sources
- Uploading of contractor certificates to customer portals
- Coding and approval of vendor invoices
- Staff training bookings & Staff medical bookings
- Consolidated monthly invoicing
- Assist with travel approvals and bookings
- Support Vendor setups and/or changes to existing

**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelors' Degree or equivalent
- Two to four years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an accomplished communicator
- Ability to work in a multinational, multidisciplinary team yet be self-motivated and a self-starter.
- Excellent computer skills
