We are currently searching for a high energy and enthusiastic Leasing Consultant / Junior Property Manager to join our clients ever growing Property Management Department and we are actively interviewing now This ultramodern, sophisticated and stylish agency will ensure you excel in this space, working with a team of likeminded individuals who strive for excellence and delivering results you will be part of a team who.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Communicating with prospective tenants
- Assisting the Property Manager with Property Management tasks
- Hosting open homes Monday to Friday
- Responding to renter enquiries
- Sending approval confirmation to successful applicants
- Liaising with the Property Management Team

**To be considered for this role you must have**:

- Valid Drivers License and own reliable transport
- Min 6 months experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Leasing Consultant
- Current Real Estate Certificate
- Drive, ambition & passion for Real Estate
