Tenacity CX are Australia's leading supplier of recruitment solutions to the Customer Experience and Contact Centre Industry. We are proud partners of a highly reputable Bank, who are looking for experienced Customer Service Professionals to join their growing organisation on a permanent basis.

We are seeking highly motivated customer focused individuals, who are keen to learn and develop their career in Financial Services, particularly within asset finance - Hybrid work from home/office flexibility.

**Your working day**
- Working as part of the Customer Service Leasing team, you will manage incoming phone enquiries regarding asset finance accounts and vehicle leasing
- You will provide outstanding service and support to customers and liaise with various internal stakeholders and departments
- You will use your first-class customer service skills and excellent problem-solving capabilities to offer a first call resolution

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous customer service experience within Banking, Financial Services or a highly regulated industry - contact centre or Branch
- Previous experience in a contact centre environment
- Experts in providing first class service, going above and beyond for every customer
- Confident individuals who can have consultative conversations and understand banking products
- Excellent phone-based communication skills and strong problem-solving ability is a must
- High attention to detail, customer service focus, willingness to learn and ability to work with policies and processes
