**Key Accountabilities will include**:
Undertake property related due diligence investigations for land acquisitions, leasing and property matters and provide advice to internal and external stakeholders. Assist with the establishment of new and renewal of existing leasing arrangements, in line with relevant legislation and government policy. Assist in the preparation of submissions, reports and Ministerial briefings, update registers and general correspondence relevant to leasing and property matters. Participate in Whole of Government meetings and focus groups and liaise with internal Queensland Police Service stakeholders and other Government Departments, specialist consultants on property related matters. Undertake engagement of consultants and contractors for property related matters in accordance with government and QPS procurement policy and guidelines.
