Opportunity

A great opportunity exists for an experienced Leasing Paralegal to join our Brisbane office on a permanent full-time basis, with the flexibility to work up to 2 days per week from home.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a core area of our real estate business while being well supported with state of the art technology and systems. While this role is physically based in Brisbane, you will work on complex and high-volume retail and commercial leasing matters across multiple jurisdictions, supporting national clients as part of our collaborative national leasing team.

You will be responsible for preparing, negotiating and progressing clients/' leases and you will manage your own files. You will deal directly with our clients and conduct negotiations with our clients/' tenants and their lawyers.

The Team

The Brisbane leasing team is led by Partner Tanya Sciasci. Our leasing team are well known for our commercial and pragmatic approach to leasing transactions, delivering a whole of lifecycle service offering for our clients and focusing on facilitating a partnership between landlord and tenants, leading to optimal outcomes for our clients.

Some of our major leasing clients include Abacus, Alceon, Charter Hall, Cromwell, Haben, ISPT, Lendlease, Reading, Stockland and Woolworths.
