We are currently searching for an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant / Property Manager to join our clients ever growing Property Management Department and we are actively interviewing now. This is a unique opportunity to be paid the same as a Property Manager but be a Leasing Consultant

My client is a boutique agency in the Northern suburbs. This is an exciting position which involves working within a busy and vibrant office that offers new challenges and versatility daily and are expanding at exponential rate

**You will be responsible for**:

- Communicating with prospective tenants
- Oversee marketing campaigns
- Landlord and tenant liaison
- Liaising with a BDM and Property Manager

**To be considered for this role you must have**:

- Personable drive
- Min 6 months experience in real estate, Leasing and property management experience highly desirable
- Property Manager experience desirable
