**About Us**:
We are a well-established café located in St Ives Village Shopping Center, serving high-quality coffee, delicious food, and warm hospitality. We’re currently looking for an experienced and passionate **Café Manager** to lead our friendly team and help us take the business to the next level.

**The Role**:
As the Café Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the café. You will lead by example, ensuring high standards in customer service, team management, food and beverage quality, and overall store performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate a team of baristas, kitchen staff, and front-of-house staff
- Maintain excellent customer service and handle customer feedback
- Manage staff rosters, training, and performance
- Oversee ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist on the floor as needed, including making coffee and taking orders
- Work with owner for smooth running and positive environment

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar management role
- Confident barista skills and strong coffee knowledge
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, mature, and able to commit long-term
