**The Opportunity**

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is a newly created role within our Finance department.

Leading two direct reports, your role will be to partner with the rest of the business to plan, deliver, and interpret the financial performance of The Arnott’s Group and identify opportunities to maximise business value.

**The Accountabilities**
- Deliver great business partnering through alignment with the business and understanding of assumptions to build accurate and robust bottom-up quarterly forecasts
- Working with senior leadership team and functions, providing value and analytics to influence business decisions
- Embedding improved ways of working to support the IBP process/Commercial planning process
- Streamlining and establishing consistent ways of working with clear ownership and accountabilities across all functions of The Arnott’s Group
- Lead the Month End Process including reporting, balance sheet, in-depth understanding of drivers of performance
- Balance sheet management, including reasonableness tests

**The Ingredients for Success**

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

- Degree qualified with ACA / CPA / CFA and 10+ years of post-graduate experience
- Commercial background, preferably within FMCG and/or grocery sectors
- Advanced analytical capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and gain alignment with stakeholders
- Business partner and influence at a senior leadership level
