We are currently looking for a recruitment professional to join our dedicated and energetic internal function as a Talent Acquisition Advisor supporting BlueCare. Located based at our Brisbane CBD office and also offering work from home flexibly.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner you will:
- Support the recruitment needs across the BlueCare portfolio- Build strong and robust relationships with Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders- Please note this is a 5 month contract, offering 22 hours per week._

- Experience working with an ATS/ AMS, Seek, LinkedIn and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office- Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to deal confidently, confidentially and courteously with people at all levels.- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic work environment.- Strong organisational skills, the ability to successfully complete several tasks concurrently, maintain high levels of attention to detail, maintain documentation and record keeping, and meet deadlines.
