Talent Acquisition & Volunteer Insights Advisor – Churches of Christ Queensland - Head Office

Fixed Term Part Time 12 month
• $40 - $44 per hour
• Based in Kenmore

About the role

Are you an experienced Talent Advisor who is after something different but also a role that works with your family? Churches of Christ is seeking someone with knowledge in the talent acquisition team who can work closely with the community in addition to the usual responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement volunteer attraction strategies across aged care and community programs
  • Build relationships with local churches, community groups and partner organisations
  • Manage onboarding and support processes for volunteers
  • Collaborate with program leaders to forecast volunteer needs and improve retention
  • Assist the People and Culture team with workforce data analysis and reporting
  • Provide insights into volunteer and workforce trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Support the development of dashboards and tools to track recruitment and engagement metrics
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across talent acquisition
Qualifications
  • Experience in recruitment, volunteer coordination, or HR analytics
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Confidence working with data and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc)
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
