We’re a growing industrial supplier in Western Sydney which is building a national reputation for supplying quality parts, backed by great service.

You will be part of a small team and be a part of expanding the business and developing business processes.

This is a supportive and dynamic environment. We try to have fun, but it can be frenetic and stressful at times.

As a small, changing business it is essential you’re willing to work across a wide variety of tasks in the warehouse.

**Key Tasks**

Physically receiving stock

Receiving stock into computer system

Packing orders securely & accurately

Selecting orders to ship from the computer

Liaising with various freight companies

Printing off shipping labels

Conducting stocktake

Filling in for (ute) delivery driver

We see this as a great opportunity to learn a business from the ground up and be involved in many facets of the business and, hopefully, to develop a long-term career within the business. This might be in warehouse/operations, or it could be in the sales/customer service area, depending on your skills & preferences.

Unlike many business, at AIMS you’ll find that you will be exposed to, and learn about, many areas of the business. We actively try to avoid silos for the benefit of everyone.

The warehouse is not always the most pleasant place to work. It can certainly be cold in winter and very hot in summer, so you’ll need some resilience. You’ll also need to be able to comfortably lift various pack sizes, up to moving a 20L drum.

We are not looking for any warehouse experience & we're very open to all ages.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
