As the Graduate Support Analyst, you will provide technical support to the business and the administration users of technology residing on their desktops, laptops and mobile devices.

**What you will be doing**:

- Provide Level 1 & 2 support in different areas in relation to hardware, software, telecommunication, networks and other devices attached residing on the desktop;

**About you**:

- Relevant qualifications (Diploma Level or Degree)
- Clear Communication skills both written and verbal
- Exposure to Windows Server, Exchange and communication equipment
- Have the resilience and the ability to work in a complex and changing environment
